Who are EnSole-Components sets useful for?
They enable lamp manufacturers and suppliers or the public lighting operators to make their lamps independent of cable connection to electric energy.
Why “Components” instead of the whole lamp?
EnSole-Components sets contain a compact solution for power supply and operational control of a solar street lamp. Proven EnSole-Components technology may be combined with locally common models of lights and poles. Using EnSole-Components sets is convenient as they minimize the costs for remote transport compared to the delivery of a complete street lamp.
The EnSole-Components sets contain control electronics with GSM and Bluetooth connection, a battery with a lifespan of at least 25 years and, as a rule, also solar panels with a hot galvanized or stainless steel support structure. The standard equipment of each set includes a motion sensor and a program for biodynamic lighting. The sets do not include a pole and a light, or a solar panel.
The EnSole-Components sets may be combined with most of the LED lights up to 50 W. It is necessary to check the compatibility of the light with the set manufacturer in advance.
The EnSole-Components sets may be mounted to poles which are 4 m to 12 m high. It is necessary to check the suitability of a specific pole type with the set manufacturer in advance.
The lamps equipped with EnSole-Components electronics are operated remotely via GSM either from a control panel or, for example, a mobile phone, or in the vicinity of the lamp via Bluetooth.
The operating parameters of each lamp equipped with EnSole-Components are continuously evaluated and recorded by the monitoring center of the set manufacturer via GSM. The lamp operator has access to the monitoring outputs.
The manufacturer provides training and certification for partner installation and operation companies.
Planned functional lifespan of the sets including the battery: 25 years at least.
Warranty including the battery: 5 years.
Sets of Electronic Components EnSole-Components
They include the complete solution of the electronic part of the solar lamp for solar energy supply and operational control of the lamp. EnSole-Components sets are convenient as they minimize the costs for remote transport and offer the option to use the local lamps and poles.
The EnSole-Components sets may be combined with most of the LED lights up to 50 W.
It is necessary to check the compatibility of the light with the set manufacturer in advance.
The EnSole-Components sets may be mounted to poles which are 4 m to 12 m high and which are technically and statically compatible.

EnSole-Components Classic
EnSole-Components Classic are universal sets with a classic arrangement of the power supply and control systems of a solar lamp for public lighting.
The sets contain an obliquely oriented large-area solar panel 160Wp/18V, or 250Wp/30V, on a galvanized support structure, and a box with the 720 Wh or 1024 Wh battery with the lifespan of at least 25 years and control electronics with GSM and Bluetooth connection. The sets also include a motion sensor.
a) EnSole-Components Classic 720-160
The set contains an obliquely oriented large-area solar panel 160Wp/18V on a galvanized support structure, and a box with the 720 Wh battery with the lifespan of at least 25 years and control electronics with GSM and Bluetooth connection. The set does not include a light or a pole. The sets may be mounted on poles which are 6 m high with the outer diameter on the top of the pole of 89 mm. The concept of EnSole-Components Hexagon sets meets the high esthetic demands for solar power supply of solar street lamps.
During the installation of the lamp, the hexagonal stainless steel body tube, equipped with 3 or 6 solar panels on the sides, is slid onto the pole and fixed in the given position. The body tube contains solar panels, battery and the control unit with the GSM and Bluetooth connection. The sets also include a motion sensor.
It features a high level of solar energy use (diffusion), even in demanding climate zones (snow, dust), a long lifespan of at least 25 years, and easy installation.
a) EnSole-Components Hexagon 720-150
Hexagonal body tube made of stainless steel with 3 solar panels (150 Wp in total),720 Wh battery with the lifespan of at least 25 years, and control unit. Total weight of the body tube is 42 kg. The set does not include a light or a pole. The sets may be mounted on common poles which are 4 m to 12 m high with the outer diameter on the top of the pole of 89 mm, or 60 mm. The set may be combined with most of the LED lights up to 50 W.
b) EnSole-Components Hexagon 720-300
Hexagonal body tube made of stainless steel with 6 solar panels (300 Wp in total), 720 Wh battery with the lifespan of at least 25 years, and control unit. Total weight of the body tube is 42 kg.Pole is 6 m high. The set does not include a light or a pole. The set may be combined with most of the LED lights up to 50 W.
EnSole-Components Basic
EnSole-Components Basic is a universal set containing technology for controlling the operation of a solar lamp and the accumulation of solar energy.
EnSole-Components Basic 480
The aluminum container that is inserted inside the pole during installation of the solar lamp includes the 480 Wh battery with the lifespan of at least 25 years and the control unit with the connection via GSM and Bluetooth.
The solar panel with at least 60 Wp is necessary for sufficient power supply of a solar lamp equipped with EnSole-Component Basic.
The set may be combined with most of the LED lights between 10 and 50 W.
It is necessary to check the suitability of a specific pole type with the set manufacturer in advance.
